2025 Conference Registration

Thank your for your interest in registering for the 2025 JSSS Conference. You can view conference details at the 2025 JSSS Conference page.

  1. Select a Registration Type: Regular or Student.
    • Presenter Registration Deadline: While you may register any time ahead of the conference, presenters must register by April 20, 2025 to be included in the conference program.
    • Volunteering: On the next page, you may indicate your interest in volunteering. Volunteers must arrive on Wednesday in time to attend an orientation meeting in the evening. Please review the JSSS 2025 Conference Volunteer Guidelines (Registration Desk & Tech Support)
    • If you cancel your registration between April 24, 2025, and May 15, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund if you cancel your conference registration after May 15, 2025.
  2. Accommodations. Determine if you would like to purchase the pre-paid dorm accommodations. Dorm accommodations must be booked by April 20, 2025.
    • Accommodations at Loyola’s Francis Hall dormitory are available at the special rate of $117.40 (with tax) per night for single or $88.05 (with tax) per person per night for double. Double rooms must be booked by one of the roommates for both people at the cost for both people is $176.10 per night. Please select the number of days you plan to stay. You will enter dates for your stay on the next page.
    • There are no refunds for dorm rooms or meal plans because we will have paid the university for your accommodation.
    • As an alternative, attendees can reserve rooms at the Hampton Inn Loyola by booking online at https://group.hamptoninn.com/03gzgz.
    • You may also book your own accommodations as you wish.
  3. Meal Plans. Determine if you would like to purchase the pre-paid meal plans during the conference.
  4. Banquet Guest. If you are bringing a guest that you would like to attend the banquet, please select that option to register your guest.
  5. One-Day Conference Attendees. One-Day Attendee registration for non-presenters only. This option does not include the banquet.

Conference Meal Plan
Pre-paid meal plan for campus dining hall for all meals during the conference. Indicate the number of people who will be using this plan. Includes Dinner on Wed, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on Thursday and Friday and Breakfast, Lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday Dinner will be the Banquet and the conference ends at lunchtime on Sunday.
