2025 Conference Registration

Thank your for your interest in registering for the 2025 JSSS Conference. You can view conference details at the 2025 JSSS Conference page.

  1. Select a Registration Type: Regular or Student.
    • Presenter Registration Deadline: While you may register any time ahead of the conference, presenters must register by April 20, 2025 to be included in the conference program.
    • Volunteering: On the next page, you may to indicate your interest in volunteering. Volunteers must arrive on Wednesday in time to attend an orientation meeting in the evening. Please review the JSSS 2025 Conference Volunteer Guidelines (Registration Desk & Tech Support)
    • Conference Grants: A limited number of conference grants for those with financial need will be offered for the conference participants. To apply, please fill out the Grant Application form by March 21, 2025. Once notified, you may then register for the conference.
  2. Accommodations. Determine if you would like to purchase the pre-paid dorm accommodations. Dorm accommodations must be booked by April 20, 2025.
    • Accommodations at Loyola’s Francis Hall dormitory are available at the special rate of $100 per night for single (or $75 per person per night for double). Please select the number of days you plan to stay. You will enter dates for your stay on the next page.
    • As an alternative, attendees can reserve rooms at the Hampton Inn Loyola for $219 per night by booking online at https://group.hamptoninn.com/03gzgz.
    • You may also book your own accommodations as you wish.
  3. Meal Plans. Determine if you would like to purchase the pre-paid meal plans during the conference.
  4. Banquet Guest. If you are bringing a guest that you would like to attend the banquet, please select that option to register your guest.
  5. One-Day Conference Attendees. One-Day Attendee registration for non-presenters will be made available after the presenter deadline of April 20, 2025 has passed.

Conference Meal Plan
Pre-paid meal plan for campus dining hall for all meals during the conference. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on Thursday and Friday and Breakfast, Lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday Dinner will be the Banquet and the conference ends at lunchtime on Sunday.
