Proposal Submission Process:
- Create an Account if you do not have one. Click on the link that says ‘Create an Account’ and fill out the form. You will then receive an email with a link to ‘Activate Account’. Click that link to activate your account and return to this page.
- Login to Your Account by entering your username and password below, along with the security code, and pressing the ‘Login’ button.
- Create Your Proposal by clicking on the link to ‘+New Proposal’. On Mobile devices, you can find this link on the menu with the horizontal line. Fill out the form.
- Submit Your Proposal. Note that the Submit button is at the top of the form. You can submit one proposal. You will have an opportunity to edit your proposal, delete it and submit a new one, or entirely remove your proposal by the submission deadline of January 31, 2025.
- You are done! You will be sent a confirmation email to let you know we received your submission. You can always log back in to check the status of your proposal.
