2026 Conference Registration
Thank your for your interest in registering for the 2026 JSSS Conference. You can view conference details at the 2026 JSSS Conference page.
- Select a Registration Type: Regular or Student.
- The Presenter Registration Deadline is April 15, 2026 for inclusion in the conference program. Non-presenters may register at any time.
- The conference attendance fee includes attendance at all four days of the conference, the banquet, and one year’s membership in the JSSS. The conference fee is $370 for regular attendees and $320 for student attendees.
- Volunteer Opportunities: You can indicate you would like to volunteer by providing help at the registration desk and with technology during presentations throughout the conference. These volunteers will receive a $170 reduction in the conference fee. Please review the JSSS 2026 Conference Volunteer Guidelines (Registration Desk & Tech Support).
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration before April 16, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus the transaction fee (for regular registration, $11.55; for student registration — $10.00). If you cancel your registration between April 16, 2026 and May 8, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund if you cancel after May 8, 2026
- Conference Grants: A limited number of conference grants for those with financial need will be offered for the conference participants.
- Application: First, apply for the grant by filling out the form at https://jungiansociety.org/2026-conference-grants/. If you are selected, you will receive an email from the grant coordinator with the code to register.
- These grants will cover the conference registration fees of recipients.
- Recipients will still be responsible for all other costs associated with the conference, including travel expenses and lodging.
- Those receiving a grant cannot be reimbursed as volunteers.
- Dorm Accommodations
- Dorms and Meal Plans are available during the conference.
- The standard conference dorm plan is for three nights (checkin on Thursday, June 11 and checkout on Sunday, June 14) for a total cost of $228. This includes three nights at $59.25 plus the $50 linen fee.
- You can add on a single night for Wednesday evening at the cost of $59.25 for the extra night.
- The standard conference meal plan is for four days of meals (June 11-14) at the cafeteria on campus. The total cost of the meal plan is $188.
- Dorms and Meal Plans are available during the conference.
- Hotel Accommodations
- As an alternative, attendees can reserve rooms at your choice of six hotels, representing a range of pricing options, at https://campustravel.com/university/lewis-clark-college/.
- You may also book your own accommodations as you wish.
- One-Day Conference Attendees. One-Day Attendee registration for non-presenters only. This option does not include the banquet.
- Banquet Guests: Guests of conference attendees may also attend the banquet on Saturday evening for an additional fee of $55 per person.
